Canadian Living Abroad Looking to Invest

Hello BP community! I've been reading the forums, listening to podcasts, and taking in as much as possible to educate myself before taking the investment plunge. The community here is truly giving and open with their experience, and expertise. I've already learned so much from you.

I've lived and worked overseas for about 15 years, and have been fortunate to accrue a good amount of investment capital, and now I'm looking to put it to work in building my financial freedom. I'm very open to building partnerships, and working with teams who are already established in markets with high upside for keep and hold strategies. My initial hope was to invest in Canada to avoid complicated tax scenarios, but I know members of the BP community have had good success with cross border investing as long as it's structured correctly.

I'm looking to work at least 1 more year overseas, but I'd like to start transitioning into investing over the next 12 months if possible to do so from abroad.

I'm really excited to enter into this exciting industry, and hopefully work with some of the great real estate minds here on BP!
