I am hands on, I am accessible day and night, weekends, etc .I do not give up when an underwriter says NO , I love a challenge, nothing more fulfilling than to be able to get 1  YES when you have gotten 10 NOs  .I look forward to using this community to build relationships and referrals.

Are there some no-nos to mention in the ad that could turn off tenants? 

For example I am a hard line no s**t business operator.

My partner is getting a conventional loan for the rest at 4.5%3 units 3 Br unit -                      rent $20001 br units(2 nos)           rent $1200 each 2 car garage and 6 car parks -could fetch an additional 500 in rent. 

I wouldn't trust anyone to paint my place unless I have proof they are good. on top of all the other "nos" that everyone else said

I am ready to get those one thousand "Nos" to get to that one "Yes" and build off of it.
