Find "the right girl FOR YOU" and then you can check that off your todo list. This gives you more time to get to know her and her family, and for her and her family to get to know you.You also have a wider selection to choose from now, increasing your chance of finding the right one.And if you find "The Right One For You", you will have built in dance partner to take to the prom and other school functions.Ask the girls who is it that "Likes You", and you will have a built in place to start looking without fear of rejection, and make it less likely a parent will step in and say to her "no dating that boy".This is quite old but you might get a laugh out of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

in this scenario as stated above a unsecured Prom note is all you need.. the prom note does NOT have to be notarized in fact its rarely done I have never seen one.. but it does not hurt. Also as a word of caution... if your tracking one auction property.. if its a foreclosure sherrifs sale the chance of that one actually going to sale is small..if its a Auction.com or bank type auction those will go.. but they tend to get bid up.Good luck... 7% interest is very generous on your side of the equation.

Meeting the BIG doners and Medium Doners might be fruitful (The process will be less complicated if everyone is living in the same state). If someone is driving one of these, you can assume they have money vs just high income. It's a Bentley Convertible, the tops are usually Blue, or Burgundy, grey or tan.Talk to Dentists and MD's.Dress to blend in where you go, don't wear old worn out Dickies to the Prom so to speak. Then just talk to people and make business friends with them.Good Luck!

Just reading your post here you already rubbed the wrong way because it feels like you are coming from a place of entitlement with the presumption that your big expensive education is worth something, and I'm not saying it's not, but flaunting it around while simultaneously admitting you can get the same education for free right here on BP just didn't feel right.
