means deeding it back to the lender if they will accept it.. easier said than done they may want you to sign a prom note for any loss they could incure.. the thing to do is get the best cash offer you can then ask bank to do short sale if you dont have enough cash or equity to sell .

I wonder if Tardus spell out the Risk Associated with unsecured prom notes like you talking about in your coaching.. many of these folks say they learned of Norada through Tardus and then when they post they simply do not have a grasp of what they invested in..

and I want to reiterate I  don't know this RAD company never heard of them prior to this thread don't know exactly what they do other than what I have read here as in investors cant get redemption's right now and there is some Prom notes that appear based on postings on this thread to be in default.

Generally there is consensus that DSCR Lenders can only offer a 1% prepayment penalty for up to 3 years in MI, but some lenders have recently reportedly been flaunting this rule - I would just tread carefully here in this area, generally not advisable to get potentially tangled up in a flawed legal doc with a non-sophisticated or fly by night lender

I think the main issue is believing that unsecured prom notes are Guaranteed. unless I saw the note and the note stated that ( which I highly doubt) the return of funds and payment of interest solely rests on the full faith and credit of what was invested in and the sponsor..

Henry to catch you up on this situation.. these were unsecured Prom Notes. that invested in companies crypto and off broadway theater shows.. there was no real estate to underwrite as non of it was secured by physical assets..
