If you could enclose the car ports I would think that would add tremendous value, and much more renter appeal,, Do some nice ever green type low shrubs so it looks green year round if possible.

Floor is dry through rain for the past few years, but still waiting for the deluge type of storm that caused the rising water table to occur; the 5+ inches in a few hours rain storm (n my area those are usually some form of tropical storm).
