I've seen people from tropical climates trying to recreate that climate of 90 in a Massachusetts winter.

Maybe they're planning to move soon off to some place warm and tropical to retire- who knows?

If you could enclose the car ports I would think that would add tremendous value, and much more renter appeal,, Do some nice ever green type low shrubs so it looks green year round if possible.

I am sure you would love being here (of course you would miss nice tropical feeling of Hawaii and beaches). 

Floor is dry through rain for the past few years, but still waiting for the deluge type of storm that caused the rising water table to occur; the 5+ inches in a few hours rain storm (n my area those are usually some form of tropical storm).  

I use a firm called Evergreen Insurance and they set me up a master policy with online access to add & remove properties.

Our goal is to keep doing this until we decide to cash out and move somewhere tropical.
