Is there anything you can switch up strategy wise or do you need to expand your search a little outside Boston?

I've searched for meetups in my local area through BP but was unsuccessful.

When I found the property I simply extended the radius of my search and tadaaaa "duplex" cought my attention and especially for a $350k purchase.

Then to find inventory, you need to search out, i.e. network, and find out who is creating these type of notes or you help people that may have an interest in seller financing how to create a note that is marketable to the secondary market.

I searched within the BP website, but there were none listed, and a BP representative suggested I post in this forum! 

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.
