When ever she get in the moods to do all this cleaning and decorating (not for her by the way) the first thing she wants to do is come to me and ask how I like what she has done.

You're financial mood had a serious downswing because of the divorce and now it wants to feel a high with a great resounding new success.

So I went into investigation mood... turned out to be a scam.

Ironically enough the few times I've been in the mood to entertain these, they almost never even follow through with an offer or anything.

It is about the DEAL, it is about the property, NOT the end buyer, their mood, their greediness or what ever else.It is the wholesaler that NEEDS to know what profits that house would have as a flip, or what the numbers would look like as a rental etc. etc.Please understand that this is not an opinion.

With shared housing, it's a bit different and part of my model is creating the right "mood" in the house.

Also, listening to audio can get you fired up and in a positive mood

Often times these owners are in the mood to sell and will entertain seller financing possibilities.

The last time I was in the mood to respond it was: "Congratulations, you have found a site with hundreds of thousands of members and millions of posts covering almost every aspect of real estate investing.

Wow, talk about bringing my mood down.
