If your property is the only one without a driveway, then yes, it may lower your ARV.One of the properties I own has a neighboring property that is the only property in the area without a backyard and without a driveway, and it is fairly lower than all the neighboring properties, although it is nearly identical in structure.

Your not correct under many different circumstances.First property tax is 1.1% (fairly safe) with 2% annual increase (prop 13).Next expenses include a lot more than property tax and interest.

Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend?
