SFH with street parking only

My GC and I are visiting a property at 10 AM tomorrow that we are looking to potentially flip, however my concern is that there is only "street parking", no driveway. It is located in a desirable location, but want to hear your thoughts on how the inconvenience of no parking in the property can impact ARV.

So, I'd look to the other properties and ask whether the ones on the street also had only street parking versus access to a driveway. If your property is the only one without a driveway, then yes, it may lower your ARV.

One of the properties I own has a neighboring property that is the only property in the area without a backyard and without a driveway, and it is fairly lower than all the neighboring properties, although it is nearly identical in structure.
