Pay a little to get more in rent.Be sure the lease addresses how common area damage, common expenses (like toilet paper, dish soap, etc.), and common utilities will be covered.Good luck!

So someone in house A is in the kitchen, washing a dish, looking out the window above the sink only to see someone in house B doing the exact same thing.

I know the first answer is going to be contact a real estate lawyer but instead of dishing out $$ I'm asking the question here because I'm sure someone has run into this exact situation and therefore can offer insight.

In option B will the dishwasher open without the door banging into the stove or stove handles (the lower ones anyway)Might need some fillers in there if you go with that option to give enough clearance for the dish washer door to drop down.Personally I would not like the sink beside the fridge.

Presuming the issue is taken care of promptly I would not ever give a discount for the dish washer.

I told her I have candidates that need to see the house she said we can come by the house is clean...I go over there to show the power is off all her stuff over the floor mold dishes in sink, food in fridge with power off!!

If I call them and tell them I can get Dish for a better price unless they match it, I am not blackmailing them.  

I always brought tenants dishes I found in my apt buildings I did turnovers on too.

Shower curtains, towels, soap dish in baths and usually a cheap plant.
