I stumbled upon a site not too long ago that gave really great market summaries by city.

I stumbled upon the BP podcast a few months ago and finally got around to checking out the site.

This is not a commentary on anyone's intelligence, but on experienceSecond - stumbling blocks and stepping stones look a lot alike...the problem is that most people learn which is which by stepping on one. 

I stumbled across this site while researching REI and it's great!

I stumbled into RE in my mid-30s.

Can't wait to get a reply on this as this was my biggest stumbling block too and am about to talk with someone in foreclosure as well.

Just wanted to say hi and thank the creators for making this website and community, i just stumbled upon it in some research and have yet to do a through digestion but i wanted to say hi especially to those in the Northwest.Also if someone in the greater Seattle area is willing i am looking for a un/paid internship or apprenticeship just to get my feet wet in this sector, i have been an investor in stocks and all that jazz for some time but want to expand as i am starting my career trek.
