I stumbled upon the BP podcast a few months ago and finally got around to checking out the site. I am 37 and looking as a first time homebuyer to invest in a multi family home to rent out and possibly live in as well. I have narrowed the search down to in or around Orange County, Long Beach, or San Diego. Any advice on these areas would be welcome and appreciated. Look forward to meeting and sharing info with you all.
