I stumbled upon the BP podcast a few months ago and finally got around to checking out the site. I am 37 and looking as a first time homebuyer to invest in a multi family home to rent out and possibly live in as well. I have narrowed the search down to in or around Orange County, Long Beach, or San Diego. Any advice on these areas would be welcome and appreciated.
