In your opinion, is a DSCR loan one of the best options if you are wanting to predominantly buy and hold in your acquisition Stategy?

In a perfect world that’s how I would start since it would be a lot easier than buying a home but I’m sure there’s some things I’m overseeing.

For me I would not buy a property with zero or negative numbers.

Since you know what you need to buy it at and an average rehab cost, I would say $50-70k for a cosmetic flip, set the ARV based on the sample you choose and doing comps and ask them if they would invest in a deal similar to this. 

What’s your biggest question about buying real estate in Germany?

Bottom line is buy as big as you can reasonably buy once you are out of small multifamily.

The seller had attempted to buy me out of the deal but ultimately realized they had no legal grounds to back out.
