@Dave Hurt normally hosts a Charlotte Meetup of Biggerpocket members at the beginning of the month so be sure to keep a look out for it.

@Sidro FelixHey, I am assuming that the RE meetup is the Tuesday evening meeting hosted by The Great @Joe Fairless . 

They are hosted off of facebook and contain groups of thousands of folks. 

As wanting to now invest in multi families I attended a multi family webinar hosted by Josh (I recommend you watch or join next time).

A couple of months ago I was fortunate enough to come across a meet up hosted by @Katie Pratt and @Merced F. where I learned about this amazing community.

I had some serious enquiries, so I accepted one and then built the cabin the day before they arrived :)Since then I've been hosting on Airbnb and performing music and really enjoy the vacation rental thing SO much more than traditional land-lording.  

There were a whole host of a bunch of little things that for the next few months my husband (not a handy man, but he tries) and I spent weekends and lots of annual leave trying to fix the mess.

What about liability, is that on the home owner if someone gets injured or the host?

Our next meeting will host the one and only John Schaub.

I really enjoy hosting guests through Airbnb.
