If you go to the "Network" tab at the top ofthe screen, you can type in "Fort Myers, FL".From there, you can connect with people in your localmarket.Just remember, don't spam anyone as the algorithm willblock you.Hope this helps!

If you're not familiar with them, they use their algorithms to determine your best price and charge 1% of booking charges via whatever platforms you connect them with. iow, you manage the listing, they set the price.There are Evolve people here on BP.

With the private debt guys it tends to be conversational, you can turn a no into a yes if the deal is good enough, at most banks computers and algorithms are making the decisions so there isnt much "vision" (not sure if thats the right word).
