probate
There are thousands of probate records I can search at my county. A very old school database. Does anyone have any ideas on how to easily identify if a private case has real estate attached to it without opening every document?

I'm old school.
I made my money the old fashioned way: I went down to the courthouse and learned how to research case files.
While I may use data aggregators, compiled lists and algorithmic formulae to identify and exploit nano niches, I still rely on my skills at reading the paperwork.
Look at the documents. That's where the answers are.
