Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Riverside.

These 3 lots combined are are now marketed for about 3 X the price they paid for the original property.Another example: a couple of years ago I bought a run-down 2plex off Riverside.

I've invested in real estate for about 20 years but on a "small potatoes" basis: one five unit property in Downtown Riverside, CA.

We have been having events in Albany and Glens Falls lately.
