Any recommendations for a good CPA and or real estate agent in the West Texas area?

@Rene Araguz , I'm a real estate agent in the Lubbock area.  I'd be happy to assist you with any services you might need, if you're in my local market.  I typically only go about 50 miles outside Lubbock.  As for a CPA, I have a great CPA in Lubbock that I'd happily refer you to.  His name is Glen Cranford and his website is www.cranfordent.com  He doesn't specialize in real estate investing, but is an expert in assisting his clients lower their adjusted gross income by utilizing all of the available tax "loopholes".  He has saved me about $20,000 over the past couple of years.
