If that's the case $20 bucks and approx 4 screws and you're done.If the heating element is exposed and doesn't show to be burnt out you can use a voltage meter at the contact points of the element and also in the outlet.

Depends on your state, In IL and WI agents can practice "dual agency" meaning they can represent the buyer and seller in the same transaction and get the full agent.

Fellow Realtors,I was curious as to what you all use when it comes to pulling neighborhood phone numbers for circle prospecting just listed, just sold's, open houses, etc.I have a dialer and would need to be able to import the information as a CSV file, and am also dual-licensed so I would need a program/website/directory that could pull numbers from multiple states (NY and CT).If the service requires payment, please specify how much and if you guys would recommend it.Thanks!
