My wife and I are dual military at Bliss and also investors.

I put an offer on the one commercial property. it is a dual representation(same agent for buyer and seller). the seller accepted the offer.

@Chris Majors yes, we do have an agent, but she’s a dual agent so I feel we are not in an ideal situation.
