earnest monies with offer ?????
so im about to put an offer on an reo, my agent is also the listing agent, any how this is my first time putting an offer in with her and she's asking me for a copy of a check made to my attorney for 5% earnest monies, ive put alot of offers in lately and no one has asked me to do this before. Any advise would be great, she also asked me my attorneys email, again this is just an offer, no other offer has went like this
