Pulling Phone Numbers

Fellow Realtors,

I was curious as to what you all use when it comes to pulling neighborhood phone numbers for circle prospecting just listed, just sold's, open houses, etc.

I have a dialer and would need to be able to import the information as a CSV file, and am also dual-licensed so I would need a program/website/directory that could pull numbers from multiple states (NY and CT).

If the service requires payment, please specify how much and if you guys would recommend it.
