I discovered this by trial and error--working away on floors but finding it is actually in the walls (so don't tear up subfloor if it still has lingering odor, but see below)....So my final step in the pet urine disaster is to TSP all the walls and ceilings, rinse, and then apply Kilz or equivalent sealer designed for odors.

As such, I go through a lot of the same trials as most other beginner real estate investors as I try to prioritize the right things to make the most of my time.We own a couple of buy-and-hold properties, and our long term goal is to grow that part of the business to have good passive income, with an eye towards an early retirement (though that's still a good 30 years away!).

(I guess I referred to it a CRM which added to the confusion)  Notedashboard has a trial month that is free for your 1st 1-10 notes that you wish to manage but thereafter there is a monthly fee based on the number of notes you are managing.
