Updating one of the existing bedrooms, kitchen counters, kitchen appliances, water heater, and updating the curb appeal with new landscaping, DIY shutters, staining/painting the existing fence and decks.

I noticed there were a lot of water stains on the 1st floor ceiling.

You can apply stain sometimes it helps to hide the scratch

A lot of times, you can just sand and paint/stain cabinets which help with appeal. 

If you have minor issues like grout cracking or water stained glass those issues are cheap and easy, a full bath remodel on the other hand will run you into the thousands.

Sanded and stained the hardwood floors, laid tile in the bathroom and kitchen, installed recessed lighting in the living room, switched out all the outlets, painted everything, refinished the bathroom completely.

I dont either but what I dislike more than the sulfur well water are the the iron stains it makes on the sinks/showers/and toilets. 

There was garbage all over, expired food left out, a nail polish stain in the master bedroom carpet, coloring on the walls, etc.

Random question here..Has anyone used a basic hand pump sprayer (non-motorized unit) to stain a wood fence?
