The declaration of independence guarantees us the pursuit of happiness.

I am involved with several industrial and mfg concerns in the area, but REI has always been a steady pursuit for me.This is a great community; I'm excited to become an active part of it and connect with others who share the addiction.

What I am doing is challenging the notion that tech is primarily driven by hoarding profit.My point was, again, that people shouldn't assume that the pursuit of profit drives the algorithm -- rather that the PRODUCT that people demand does. 

I do pretty well when business is busy, but, it does take a lot of time and energy to devote to the work, leaving less for other pursuits - RE investing, etc.

The knowledge on how to get there will come through relentless pursuit.

, how to properly structure business with more ~3 partners, with proper protection of assets, solid operating agreements, and most tax efficient structure.Business pursuits will involve fix & flip, buy & hold (BRRRR) - LTR, STR.

If one does qualify for real estate professional status, does the tax savings translate to income made at the W2 job, or only to the income made in pursuit of the real estate related activities such as rental income, etc?
