Looking for a recommendation of a good attorney who can help with advising and setting up parent holding company, operating company, LLCs (?), how to properly structure business with more ~3 partners, with proper protection of assets, solid operating agreements, and most tax efficient structure.

Business pursuits will involve fix & flip, buy & hold (BRRRR) - LTR, STR. Initial pursuits will be primarily fix & flips.

Any recommendation of attorney(s) who has worked with real estate investors and has good/ fair fees for services offered.

Currently investing in New Jersey market. Open to talking/ consultation with any good attorneys.
