I am 23 living in Dayton and I am a Designer / Draftsman with an architecture degree. 

I have a worthless associates degree in business admin, although I attended college later in life so it wasn’t a booze fest and I actually retained the bulk of what I learned. 

I'm degreed in architecture and the educational background help a lot.

You don't have to pay Harvard tuition to get a community college degree.

. - After getting my bachelor's degree in finance, I worked as a commercial loan officer for 2 years, I picked up a lot of knowledge from customers. 

I helped with every flip, kept track of financials for them and even went 50/50 on my first "flip" (although it wound up being a tear down, subdivided and then sold to a builder.)I wanted to follow in their footsteps but was guided to go to University, get a degree and then snag a 9-5 corporate job.
