*New to BP!* Any military Vets in the house??
Good afternoon everyone,
First post here, but I've been lurking for about a year soaking up as much knowledge as possible. Still, brand new to REI :)
My name is N. I'm 30 years old. I'm a U.S. Army Veteran (19D Cavalry Scout). I have a worthless associates degree in business admin, although I attended college later in life so it wasn't a booze fest and I actually retained the bulk of what I learned. I have no kids. I'm single. 0 debt. I currently live with my mother and pay $0 in rent. I take home roughly $700 a week and have roughly $25,000 saved. I have the VA home loan to use. My credit is not outstanding but it's steadily rising. Hovering around 630's at the moment.
I'm looking to house hack a 4 unit and BRRRR. I was wondering if anyone had any tips, suggestions, or otherwise useful info I could apply towards my goals.
Thank you for reading,
N

ol’ fort Polk. I did NTC there. Arguably worse than deployment.
Oh wow David you’re from Bangor? We live like 15 mins away!
