Now you have a non revenue generating lot AND abandoned property on your hands that has more likely than not deteriorated since the last time you held title.

I held a meet and great off Western last month and plan to do another this week.

I have a potential two lot home in Fayetteville, no clear title but the previous owner had the property for over 10 years, he could not find the heir who held the clear title after the sale. 

I just worry about revealing my poker hand before the game has started...
