Analyze deals daily and make offers on properties you are interested in. 

The "grind" is the daily discipline of putting your own marketing out there to get your phone to ring from motivated sellers who have a home or rental property they want to sell and have not yet placed it on the open market with a Realtor for one reason or the other. 

I used to use Skype, but it wasn't as reliable so we use either Viber for our daily text communication, to send quick files, and voice chats throughout the day - or Zoom if we need to do video calls. 

@Andrew Johnson  we dealt with this objection almost daily in my Timber days. 

What daily activities are you taking to help achieve that goal?

hi everybody as you know i've been a BP member for a while now so that means i have some insight as to what the markets are offering on a daily bases and now i've come to the area of where i need to find where the market is for selling mortgages similar to how you would list your home well i need mortgage listings that are non performing and performing i wonder if the mortgage servicers that are owned by the banks or that operate on the beneficiaries behalf know anything about this?

Also, a big number of properties are added, almost on daily basis, to sites like Airbnb and VRBO, which are adding the number of available listings to an unprecendented level.

When I say Code Violations are an issue, I mean rehabbers are being cited on almost a daily basis for just about anything.

Honestly, the more I have been listening to the BP podcasts (8 hours DAILY), the more I am leaning on going with the VA loan on a fourplex.
