New member interested in Tennessee & Florida

Hello, everyone, I am from Massachusetts but will most likely moving to Tennessee or Florida sometime in the next year. I've been on this site since August 2015 but had the feeling I was too young at the time, as well as not being close to feeling I had the knowledge or money to be active on the forums or to start investing. My goal is to purchase my first property and to house hack either a duplex or triplex in Chattanooga, Nashville, or Tampa area to start my investing career.

I love small multifamily for a house hack.  I'm a fan of the Chattanooga market and also think it's a great place to live.  From what I hve heard Nashville had gotten expensive we are starting to see Nashville investors buying here as a result.  Idk about Tampa but  if you do end up down here in Chattanooga look me up.
