@Torrance JonesI once saw a unicorn....it had a document in one hoof that said Trump Tax Returns, ...another hood said Zapruder Film, .... on its horn it had still a third document (a newspaper dated February 5, 2020 that said Cleveland Browns complete undefeated season and by shutting out LA Rams in Super Bowl win 74-0.......In still another hoof it had the lottery numbers for Powerball.....and in the last hoof it had the secret to options trading.....

You run test ads a number of places, You run them on craiglist, facebook market places, bandit signs, newspaper, anywhere local people will see the ad really.

My previous methods were the Newspaper ads (back over 10yrs ago) and craigslist, craigslist works too but you get a lot of fluff with it.....with zillow the applicants have already paid the fee so you know they are serious....anyway, best of luck to everyone.....thanks for your time.

You need to put the test ad on Craiglist and the largest metro newspaper (in this case Kalamazoo) in the "mobile homes for rent" section of the classifieds in the paper, with the name of the city in all-caps, the monthly home rental amount (take your lot rent and add $400) and a Google disposable number that tracks all calls in.

There are cities and towns who also do not have the best interest of their residents in mind, you need look no further than Flint MI to see this in action; yet I don't see wide spread condemnation of all city government in national newspapers and magazines.
