probate and county list

Does the city have to provide a Probate list in California? Also what other type of list can I get from a city in California ?

It would be the San Joaquin county court house where you would be able to view and research probate files @Roy Conney

If you have a 9-5 day job this might be difficult. You can also grab the local adjudicated paper:

https://www.recordnet.com/

and search for published probate listings. Go to Classifieds then to Legal Notices and then the probate heading Notice of Petition to Administer Estate of.

If you do travel to the court house and ask for a probate list the clerk may give you a confused look.
