I have a few calls set up with companies right now but am hoping to hear some testimonials from the BP community. 

More of this is mental than anything else – it’s 80% mental and 20% mechanics.There is an entire page on the WI website with testimonials from real people.

Their testimony will matter and they will have a big problem if you give their money away.

It just seems strange that I can't find anyone who has had an experience with a turnkey provider outside of a testimonials page.Ive also researched tax liens and notes as other possible options for long distance investing but I'd prefer to buy real property.

A lack of people giving testimony in the concrete would also be a concern.

Then on the Realtor card I have testimonials and some other stuff, and at the bottom of the traditional business card portion, it also says "I Also Buy Houses".When I go look at a house to possibly buy, I give them both sets of info.

New beginnings and im glad i have all these testimonies to give me motivation.

The obvious fact that they ignored the Congressional mandate of disbursing the funds within 3 days.

I'll call them back when I have some time and see what they have to say.They also keep emailing me and texting me asking for a testimonial, and I haven't because I'm certain they don't want to publish what I have to say.
