Every tool and box of nails has its specific place. 

The garage had TONS of clothing in boxes etc.

The lock boxes have a different combination to remove the lockbox than to open the lockbox. 

Pretty sure I checked most the boxes.

@Shmuel Waldman can direct mail be me seeing a house while out cold calling.. writing a letter on the spot and dropping it in there mail box?

Relocate the light boxes toward the ceiling to add hidden lighting accents.

I'll check the box on disclosures for expansive soil.
