Just stumbled across the article called "Philadelphia City announced wage tax reduction starting July 1, 2017" It says new wage tax for Philadelphia residence is 3.89%Surprisingly enough I didn't hear about that sooner.

My point is I'd agree to pay a realtor their fee,  if the realtor finds me the property, If I happen to stumble across a property myself, or if find a listing that's not on MLS, why should a fee be given to a realtor when they weren't involved in finding the property, when I could use my attorney to do the closing paperwork.

Hi BP,I am new to the forum and excited to have stumbled upon the site.

Recently I stumbled upon BiggerPockets podcasts and since I drive A LOT for my work I decided I would give them a shot!
