Just be patient with any experiments you run.

I have three of these altogether, but there is no reason you can't get HELOCs on all five if you are patient.

My question is that if they can make the air conditioner work and it works to my satisfaction for the purpose of the home inspection, but is not working when I do the walk through on the day of closing, can the seller keep my $50K earnest money if I back out of the deal?

However, for me the main difference is that I’ve always played games for my own personal benefit and satisfaction (except perhaps when playing with my kids) whereas my investing is primarily for the benefit of others, ie primarily to provide for my family.
