House being used as an assisted living facility

Hi,

I am currently renting my house that is use as an assisted living house. I only own the house and not the business. Are we (house owner) liable for any injuries to their patients? Can their patients sue us for neglect or injury in our home? Any liability should go to our tenants right? Thanks
