This will be years.I have not tried to package these because, even though the numbers are pretty good, there isn't a very big market for investors looking at cash flowing properties in the sticks.And there's a big difference between small towns in Utah, but most tend to be driven by agriculture.

I was able to package those skills to other investors and worked my way into equity deals by simply providing value that they needed - development of their business systems, internet marketing expertise, knowledgeable networks and due diligence ability (analysis and research).So, it's not a question of age - it wasn't for me either.
