My name is James and I'm a new relatively new real estate entrepreneur. I'm interested in multi family properties. 

I have been interested in real estate for awhile. However, I was one of the Carlton Sheets "victims"  I was a too good to be true package and I walked away before I started. 

Right now I am a programmer so I have something to offer as well. 

Just need that first step
