Otherwise, you're just listening to a bunch of folks with something to sell pitch their market.

Today I listened to a podcast where the guest speaker spoke upon his real estate journey and how he acquired a multi family unit property with little to 0% down in the Chicago area through a program called NACA. 

I listened to a lot of people to acquire more doors and "cash flow."  

Don’t listen to these guys that tell you to get a gc no matter what, they’re the idiots.

Can talk to anyone and even better listener and learner.

It was entertaining listening to the process they went through.
