I would recommend selecting to get both addresses if you purchase from ListSource.As for your other inquiry, in some cases, yes you can find that information online.

With home price going up, a lot of landlords are selling and all the section 8 inquiries are from these people losing the rental houses.

In light of that, I know that to get pre-approved will require my credit to be run, and as you can imagine I do not want to acquire a bunch of inquiries on my credit, which would negatively effect my credit score.

As for support, we actually use software that benchmarks our responsiveness to support inquiries against 1000's of other tech companies.

It is just bringing me unqualified inquiries, once in a while.

Man I stamp that all over my listings in all caps and yet 50% of the inquiries I get want to know if it applies to cats, small dogs, "I don't consider my dog a pet, he is a member of my family!"

I think the trick is how the inquiry is framed and not being invasive.
