How to find foreclosures without using a realtor.
Is their a way to see foreclosures without using a realtor? Are these properties usually listed on Realtor.com? Or is their another way of getting this information?

You can buy lists of homes in pre-foreclosure from ListSource or PropertyRadar or check you local assessor's website for properties that have went into pre-foreclosure. If you are looking for homes that have already been foreclosed on, then you can check the bank's REO listed properties through their website.
