Since being bit by the REI bug, I have immersed myself in the topic and trying to learn as much as I can.

IMHO you may be better served taking the opportunity that means more work and immersion in real estate.

I learned so much while immersed in these different cultures and connected with hundreds of interesting people along the way, including many digital nomads.

Office, so you can learn from the other agents and immerse yourself with colleagues that can help you if needed and your Broker is on site to ask questions and assist you because you will need a lot of assistance at first, then when you feel comfortable and confident, move to whatever office or setup at home that you want. 

Before doing so I have been thinking about getting my RE license to assist with deals and immerse myself the market.

I recently have been immersing myself in the real estate world (podcasts, websites...etc) and would love to become an investor and rental owner in the near future. 

"Terms" investing was not foreign to me however I wanted to immerse myself into terms investing and Chris seemed like an honest guy so I took a chance. 

I’ve immersed myself in the podcasts, books, etc, and am excited to learn more from this community.
