Hi. My name is Jill Griffith, and my goal for 2019 is to buy my first buy and hold rental property in Summerville, SC.  I’ve immersed myself in the podcasts, books, etc, and am excited to learn more from this community. Our goal is to utilize rental income to subsidize our income, specifically if we drop to one income.
