Jo, you need to begin in your local market, IMO. Look for a local REI Club.

It is highly unlikely, IMO, that anyone who is a high volume investor will "partner" with someone brand new. What's in it for them?

Not trying to discourage you, but you need to do some research then ask questions. Tie up with local real estate types and get the lay of the land in your area. See what interests you and decide what your course of action will be, with a local mentor or through your local REI club.

I'm catching your questions without anyone commenting on them, show us you have the ability to look up information and put some effort into this instead of asking question after question in the forums. It's aparent you're not really studying on your own, you're asking for each answer. Come on now!
