I’m just expressing my opinion here.

I think I saw Jimmy Hoffa in there somewhere.To top it all off, I grabbed a sub and a beer for dinner and ate in the sitting room - where the very odd host came and joined me for a long squirm-inducing chat while she watched me eat.At this point, I look for a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc. 

Online, the context, facial expressions, delivery and tone of messages delivered can easily be confused or come across wrong.

It can certainly be difficult to get ahold of property management companies when you call, as staff will typically deal with a high call volume as well as internal periods of unavailability.If I were in your shoes, I would email and copy in other people from the organization, if you know any, and just express that you're very concerned that you have had total silence since last week and you need to hear from someone by tomorrow.

I went down the rabbit hole starting with my bank, then American Express, then First Data and finally Card Connect.

I currently have a RAM 2500 (pulls the Vermeer chipper and small equipment), RAM 3500 (pulls the Bobcat T-770), and Chevy express van (general purpose LTR property management stuff) and will soon replace all of them with a Ford Lightning 150 (delivery this summer) to complement my Mach-E. 

As a lender, depending on what exact space you are in, you have to be careful about expressing thoughts on topics of this sort which can result in a law suit if you are stating that the lender has a lending policy that essentially encourages tip toeing around certain neighborhoods (redlining).

2) I helped someone make money and now he is forever grateful and loyal and only has good things to say about me... to everyone,  that is a factory of more leads.3) he expresses his success throughout the entire free group and now everyone is reminded, if "his free help already works, can you image what his paid course would do".4), this is jut ONE person, now imagine every week some  (not a lot) will have a good experience and expresses this in the group.. that is all free hot leads coming in.So although he didn't convert from my ad, he is the cause of dozens more leads from just ONE click he made. that's how I build credibility and authority, and then they see my rants here on Biggerpockets and a lot of people then contact me through the Biggerpockets lead system, and a friggin TOOOOOON of requests through the biggerpockets messaging system.And when they do contact me are rarely book appointments with them.

I’m having people express interest in the units and I schedule showing with them for the units, but no one ends up moving forward.

Or a property you bought with the express intent to sell.
