Dodd-Frank does a very good job of giving us a black and white of what the government deems acceptable vs unacceptable.

we ask for 2 months bank statements. we have no issues if they black out the acount # and SSN (if there).you have no idea how many times people that apply and clearly can't afford the rent buy stuff with their ATM at the corner store. and late fees. and negative balance!

There is no black and white answer here, so it will depend on how conservative or aggressive that you want to be.

@Brian Burke Black Rock at Ka'anapali Beach is one of my favorite places to snorkel on the island.

Unfortunately, someone did a really bad job trying to refinish them at some point.....looks like they used that "all-in-one" stain/poly stuff and it came out almost black.

Sometimes we'll do white cabinets and inside the glass cabinets finish them black/blue/red or some other color to accent a color in the granite/tile backsplash or wall color.

A black gate with key is supposed to prevent access but it's not working appropriately.
