Here is one of our kitchens we did in Chicago. This was a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with an attached 2 car garage. It took us about 5 months close to close on this house.

Here are the numbers:

Purchase at 145k

Rehab at 60k

Sales at 295k
