friend of mine is doing this in portlandia.. look at the big developments I think in the netherlands or other parts of Europe they are away ahead of usAlthough my buddy is more of a philanthropist with this particular endeavor he even donated a fully functional one to the collage... although he hopes to some day turn that around and make them viable financing for himself as well.. but i bet he has spent 250k or more on this so far.. all for science / construction lab at the collage

Elizabeth Wilson Hey I hand a question for you, I'm trying to work on a possible deal for some development land to wholesale to a buyer , it would be a co wholesale deal with a buddy of mine I'm trying to figure out how I would do the analysis on the deal to find out how much it would be worth after homes would be on it so I can have a price for a buyer.

Just chimed in mostly because I liked seeing updates on what my buddies @Jay Hinrichs and @Jerry W. are up to.   

My buddy owns mobile homes in FL.  

If it meets my minimum cash flow requirement that's all I care about.My investor buddies think I am crazy to buy at market. 

I spent $15,000 setting up a simple sort of REIT, and that was the buddy rate. 

I'm not sure if I mentioned it earlier in this post, but I do have a few buddies investing in the DFW market currently and have done quite well.
