Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of funds to allocate to my mailings just yet, so I can only do a small batch maybe 100 at a time.  

But, I'd maintain a more frequent schedule in case you get a batch of renters who end up pouring lots of greasy stuff down the drain or something.Good luck.

I can do some last minute bid changes based on how the funds bid in the first batch of the auction, if I have bids in the later batches.The big players tend to bid at the same rate throughout the auction.

Hi Account Closed - I was just in your shoes and bought my first batch of liens this past December. 

I usually half a bunch pay between the last day of the month and the 2nd, another batch around the 5th, and 2 tenants who usually pay around the 9th/10th.

A compounding factor was I vacated the property at the end of the typical military move cycle and as such there wasn't a new batch of military personnel expected in for another 5-6 months.Brenda Layman & Steve Babiak, I can't imagine they are really making any money at all right now.
